18th and Swine is an award winning barbecue team located just outside Kansas City and is named as a tribute to Kansas City’s historic 18th and Vine jazz district. We make our barbecue Kansas City style; sweet, spicy, and seductive just like Kansas City’s jazz.
We use a variety of equipment to make barbecue the way it was intended, low and slow, from a horizontal wood smoker, drum smokers, and a Traeger. You name it, we’ve probably cooked on it at one time!
While we’ve had team members come and go, 18th and Swine is still going strong as we head into another barbecue season!
